J.D. was responsive and professional, and he followed up with me for a booking when he said he would. J.D. was able to get an appointment set up within 3 business days, and he and his crew showed up early in the morning - exactly on time - at my convenience before I headed off to work. J.D. followed up after the job was complete and sent me pictures so that I could see their work immediately. Finally, J.D.'s cost quote was even a bit lower than quotes I had received from similar companies. JD did an incredible job on both of my vehicles. You can tell they took their time on each vehicle paying attention to all the little details. This is not a standard detail service like you would find at a car wash. They take a little longer because they make sure everything is top notch before turning the vehicle back over to you. My experience with JD was fantastic and I highly recommend you visit him. I needed a detail before selling my car and I was able to get it in quickly. He had recommended I do some work with the headlights because they were insanely foggy and you couldn't get much light out of them. I had paid 3...THREE... other shops who recommended the same stuff and had just resigned to thinking that the plastic was just too old & needed replaced so I told him not to worry about it. The car looked fantastic when I picked it up and he had done "a little" to the headlights... the difference was incredible and he didn't even charge me. Honest, hardworking, small business right down the street. JD is the man and i'll be visiting more frequently now that I have my nicer car. Really appeciate it JD!-Josh M.
